BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TRUST COLOMBIA 

Location: Curacao (Netherlands Antilles)

Important key position for (Tax) Lawyer (or professional) with commercial skills

Our client provides a broad range of corporate, fiduciary, banking and fund administration services from their offices around the world.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Responsible for new business with existing clients, market development and new products for the Colombian market.

- Achieves the ambitious goals based on the company’s strategy by firm commercial management, communication and teamwork.

- Coordinates and controls legal and management work in order to keep all entities in good standing.

- Deals pro-actively and hands on with issues regarding taxes, administration and banking.

- Handles a portfolio of some high profile clients.

- Acts as a sparring partner for general management.

Profile of suitable candidate:

- University degree in law or accounting, with extensive experience in international taxation.

- Extensive experience as a (Senior) Manager in tax advisory (BIG 4) or trust management company.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Strongly commercially oriented and sales driven.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and driven environment.

- Positive, pro-active and solution oriented team player.

- Willing to travel to Colombia frequently.
