Customer Service Professional
Mission
To be the interfase between the client and the production plant, in interaction with the sales representative and Technical Consultant, to attend to its requirements.

· Communication skills with the client and towards the diffetent teamworks to transmit accurately the clients’ requirements.
· Skills to solve problems promptly.
Main responsibilities
· Responsible of collecting the necessary inputs to launch production. Order Entry process
· To ensure the delivery of an order according to the terms agreed on Purchasing Order.
· To process artworks from the clients.
· To confirm the reception and approval of input files for production order launching.
· Communication with the client concerning the status order, the inputs required, delivery dates, shipments, etc.
· To send the shipment documentation (invoice, packing list, etc)
· Presence with the client to detect needs and requirements
· To enter customer complaints, to give follow up to complaints and to send the complaint report to the client
· To obtain from the client the packing requirements to send them to the Packing Area in the plant to generate packing specs
· To negotiate the best delivery date with Planning, according to the clients’ date required
· To keep the clients binders updated for audits

Education:
Business Administrador, International Business,
Industrial Engineer
Age / Edad / Idade: 23 to 35 years
Languages / Idiomas: English (mandatory), French if possible
Software Programs / Programas Computación: Oracle, Mfg pro, Excel , Word, PowerPoint.
Experience in years / Experiencia en años / Mínimo de Experiencia: 3 years
