Request for Qualifications and Quotations
The Washington Apple Commission, a commodity marketing commission based in Wenatchee, Washington State, USA is seeking an independent consultant (individual or organization) to design and implement a seasonal promotional program to increase the sales of Washington apples in Colombia,Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, Ecuador and Perú.
Minimum qualifications include fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, proven record of developing and implementing marketing and promotional programs, ability to work with minimal supervision as an independent contractor and the ability to conduct business throughout the Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, Ecuador and Perú region and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
