PROGRAMME ASSISTANT
University degree and graduate studies in one or more of the following disciplines: economics, agriculture, international affairs, business administration, social sciences, political science, development studies or a field relevant to international development assistance.
At least three years of professional experience in public sector management, development projects, emergency assistance, and/or operational aspects of national, bilateral or multilateral food air or humanitarian assistance.
Proved supervision of staff and experience required in negotiation skills.
